Project Overview
The 1000kg/h Cold Washing HDPE/PP Plastic Recycling Washing Line is a fully integrated system designed for efficient and eco-friendly recycling of post-consumer and post-industrial HDPE and PP plastics. This line operates without thermal washing, significantly reducing energy consumption while ensuring high-purity output. It is engineered to process contaminated plastic waste into clean, reusable flakes, suitable for manufacturing new products.

The HDPE/PP 1000kg/h cold wash recycling line operates through a fully automated process. It begins with uniform feeding of raw material into a shredder for size reduction into consistent flakes. The flakes then undergo a two-stage cleaning process: initial friction washing to remove coarse contaminants, followed by the first floatation tank where sink materials like sand and PVC are separated.The material proceeds to a second friction washer for precision cleaning, ensuring complete removal of adhesives and stubborn residues. A subsequent floatation tank performs final purification. The cleaned flakes are then dewatered in a high-speed centrifugal dryer, followed by an air classification stage to remove lightweight impurities. The final step involves automated weighing and bagging of the purified flakes, ready for reuse. This comprehensive process ensures high-purity output while maintaining energy efficiency through cold washing technology.
